VACANCIES
Housekeeping Supervisor
Full time (40 hours) or Part-time with flexible hours to fit in with school hours. 5 day working week including some evening and weekends on a roster system.
Responsible for small team of full time staff in cleaning of public rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms in a 15 bed roomed hotel and in house laundry for 60 cover restaurant. Previous experience preferred but training will be given to the right person. References required. Must have own transport due to country location.
Salary dependent on experience but above NMW with benefits package to include share of tips, triple time for Christmas/New Year, Christmas Bonus, Profit Related Bonus Scheme, 20 days holiday (pro rata for part-time) uniform, meals whilst on duty, 20% discount on company products.

Receptionist – Full Time (40hours)
General hotel reception duties, answering switchboard, checking guests in/out, assisting in the bar, Lunch time, afternoon and evening service of drinks, canapés, taking food orders – assisting Restaurant during busy periods, as required taking bookings and confirming by post, e-mail and telephone, computerized system. Handling cash, credit card and cheque transactions. Good telephone manner and sense of humour is a must, experience preferred but not essential as training will be given. Able to work as a team and own initiative. Design, production and printing of menus, covers, walks, brochures and other marketing material Full time comprises of a mix of three shifts, 8.00am to 4.00pm and 3.30pm to finish or 12-8. Lock up once a week. Full driving license is a must due to location, bilingual preferred but not essential.
