Originally created purely for our highly acclaimed restaurant, these gourmet delights
are now produced to enhance your cuisine and table. Made by hand in our own kitchen by our
talented chefs from the recipes of Chef Patron Peter Jackson. The raw materials are gathered
daily from the both thekitchen gardenand surrounding hedgerows.
Imaginative packaging, either as individual items or in beautifully presented sets, make
our preserves a very special gift.
Our products are made in small quantities, therefore, colour and texture can vary from
one batch to another.
We add no artificial preservatives or colouring.
