Each evening, a tempting three course dinner will be served, comprising of interesting dishes from our extensive repertoire. All dishes are prepared by Chef Patron Peter Jackson, our talented Head Chef John Owen Jones and his team, using fine fresh ingredients, most of which are obtained locally.
Some Welsh dishes are included in our selection, and any special requirements of individual clients can be met.

If Partners wish to join delegates during their stay, the charge will be £55.00 per person to include Dinner and Breakfast when sharing the delegates room.
We can welcome a maximum of 12 persons around the table Or 15 persons in theatre style.
