Head Chef, John recently introduced our now very popular seasonal dinner menu offering a large and varied selection of starters, intermediate courses, mains, Welsh Artisan Cheeses, desserts as well as daily specials. Whether you opt for two, three, four or all five courses your dinner includes a selection of delicious canapés, amuse bouche and freshly baked speciality bread. Add three glasses of selected wines from our Wine Selection to accompany your dinner and finish with coffee and sweetmeats for the perfect end to a perfect meal!
Our menus focus on the wealth the region has to offer with finest Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef, fresh fish from Cardigan Bay, crab, lobsters, wild sea bass, mussels and oysters from the Menai Straits, wild game, local cultivated and wild mushrooms and Welsh cheeses. We also ensure that our dishes include freshly gathered fruit, herbs and vegetables from our own kitchen gardens.
If the style of cooking - a modern fusion of Welsh, English and French cuisine - is not to your taste, you can ask our chefs to cook your meal in a more simple fashion. They won't be offended. We can cater for most diets and nothing has defeated us yet – you just need to let us know in advance!
