Peter Jackson and his team.
- The finest Welsh lamb, fish from Cardigan Bay and the Menai Straits and Welsh farm
cheeses are also delivered to us as fresh as they can be.
- Imagine a meal including sea trout brought in within an hour of being caught,
accompanied by tiny new potatoes and mange tout gathered from the garden, followed by our
own strawberries.
- Our menus consist of four courses - all carefully balanced to complement each other, and
which change daily. The meal ends with a "Grande Finale" consisting of no less than four

Just let us know before you arrive what your needs are.
- We are open for breakfast, luncheon and dinner every day. Morning
coffee and afternoon tea are a special delight in the summer when
they can be served on the terrace with the added pleasure of the magnificent
views of Mount Snowdon and the sea.
- Maes-y-Neuadd is also a special place to celebrate a marriage,
with a menu created just to suit you. Of course the ceremony can also take place here, to
make that day absolutely perfect.
