Each Thursday our chefs will prepare a special menu
chosen from the finest seasonal local ingredients. There may be traces of nut
products in some dishes. We do not knowingly use GM foods.
As most of our dishes are cooked to order, we hope that you will forgive the short but necessary delay.
If you prefer your food cooked in a simpler fashion, or if you have any particular favourites, do tell us If it is possible we will do our best to fulfil all requests.
Our Chef Patron is Peter Jackson. Our Head Chef is John Owen Jones. They are assisted by Adam Taylor and Arnaud Calvo. Special mention should also be given to our gardeners, Andrew S Jones and David O Jones who provide the kitchen with fresh home-grown produce daily.
£1.00 per Lunch will be donated to The Air Ambulance our Chosen Charity Since 2004.
